Our team’s technical capability covers the full HVAC+R spectrum: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration ensuring integrated system performance across every environment. We are ARCtick certified, meaning we are licensed and qualified to safely handle refrigerants in compliance with Australia’s environmental and safety regulations.

Our leadership team brings over 30 years of experience working across complex, high-performance environments, from large commercial buildings to regulated food and medical facilities. This includes full mechanical solutions and complex HVAC+R installations in high-compliance environments.
We’re known for our technical capability, clear communication, and strong working relationships with consultants, builders, facility managers, and end users. Every project is delivered with a focus on compliance, system performance, and long-term value.
Led by experience, built on values
Temperature Control Services is led by co‑owners and brothers Ben Hawke and Matt Hawke, who each bring over 30 years of experience in the HVAC&R industry. Under their leadership, we’ve built a skilled and motivated team that continues to grow alongside the business.
Our current team includes four experienced tradesmen, two apprentices, and a dedicated office administrator, all working together to deliver commercial HVAC and refrigeration projects with precision and care.
